The Americas Latino Eco Festival – a nonprofit event free and open to all – is a Latino hosted multicultural event elevating, in particular, the voices of communities of color and of women in conservation and cultural leadership, fostering collaboration to better tackle environmental problems from many angles, and using arte y cultura to message environmental awareness and shared values. ALEF is a program of the Colorado-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit Americas for Conservation + the Arts (AFC+A).
AFC+A’a work is leading ALEF programming in new, novel ways and we simply have so much to give that we want to make of this 6th ALEF edition the best ever! This has led us to come up with a wonderful line up that has a VI ALEF Prelude September 24-29, 2018 and VI ALEF Summit & Family Day December 6-9, 2018. Here is the General Program with details and description of both dates and each event.
We are also excited about what this strategy does for greater amplification for our partners. Our ALEF Prelude will serve as a great buzz and publicity campaign for the December edition as well as offer partners a double platform for dissemination of their work. INDOOR Exhibitor Space- Thursday 27th @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel ( from 8 am to 6 pm) (UP TO 15 BOOTH MEZZANINE SPACES)
Exhibitors will be allocated in a 6ft rectangle table or 3ft round cocktail table, in the Mezzanine, right outside of Platte River Room for ALEF SUMMIT and Workshops. Tables including a black tablecloth and 1 chair. ALEF will provide the Company ID for the tables.
VIP Exhibitor Space- Friday 28th @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel (from 6 pm to 10 pm) (LIMITED TO 8 PREMIUM SPACES + 2 TICKETS (as a Guest for our Gala dinner)
Exhibitors will be allocated in 3 ft round cocktail table, in the Mezzanine, right outside of our annual Gala-Dinner: AFC+A “Climate Solidarity Fiesta” An Artivist Fundraiser #LatinoEcoFestALEF. Tables including a black tablecloth and 1 chairs. ALEF will provide the Company ID for the tables.

Exhibitor Space- Four days, December 6th to 9th, 2018
*With multiple options and a four-day Green Fair, this exhibitor spaces will be announced with specifications, location and open for registration by October 1st, 2018. Please let us know in the Application form if you are interested to participate in December ALEF VI Summit & Family Day as an exhibitor. We will contact you back when registration’s open.

According to each location, Exhibitors will be allocated in a different tablespace: including table, black tablecloth, and 1 or 2 chairs. All other exhibit materials must be supplied by exhibitor.
Exhibitors & Vendors will be advertised on ALEF Website and printed program and their location will be prominently displayed at the event.
