Latinos have grown at the second-fastest rate of any major racial and ethnic group in the U.S. electorate since the last presidential election. An estimated 36.2 million are eligible to vote this year, up from 32.3 million in 2020. This represents 50% of the total growth in eligible voters during this time.
Denver’s population is more diverse than ever. While 68.8% of residents identify as White, 9% are Black or African American, 3.6% are Asian, and smaller percentages represent other racial groups. Hispanic or Latino individuals now represent 29.4% of the population, primarily of Mexican origin

Fresh off his performance at the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville where the 35 year old Mexican born musician debuted his latest album, Boca Chueca Vol. 1, Carín León arrived in Denver August 29, 2024 to perform for a sold out audience of 17,000 at Fiddlers Green Amphitheater just outside of Denver. Grammy Award winner Carín León recently announced his Boca Chueca Tour 2024 covering North America and Europe this fall.
