Are you ready for a training and development program that will sharpen your leadership skills and improve your organization?

LIDERAMOS is offering eight Fellowships to Latino leadership program directors, staff, and alumni in 2020 aimed at growing their leadership capacity.

Fellows attend the one-week Leadership Development Program at the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) – the most highly utilized corporate training center in the world.

They come together virtually to build additional leadership techniques and gain access to prominent thought leaders.

Fellows meet at the Annual Lideramos Symposium (Sep. 23-26 in San Antonio, TX) to strengthen their network, learn Latino leadership strategies, and connect with national leaders.

Program Fee for organizations with budgets of less than $1 million is $1,500 and $2,000 if budget is 1 Million or more. Cost of Fellowship is $8,500. Lideramos actively fundraises to cover these costs.
